Point makes an investment in a home with a tax-deferred sum of cash, up to $200K or 15% of a home’s value. We work with owner occupied and investment properties, and can take 2nd or 3rd lien position.
There is no payment due until the end of the term and there are no pre-payment penalties for buying out Point early. This flexibility for your clients allows reduced debt load and greater month-to-month financial freedom.
We work with a range of FICO scores and use post-transaction debt-to-income in our underwriting so more of your clients are approved for an investment from Point. Of course, that means more referral income for you!
Simply refer homeowners to Point via web, phone or email and we will work diligently with them to determine their eligibility and qualify them. You will be notified of your client's progress and will be paid out when the homeowner is funded. Point does all the work and you get to be a hero for your client.
